Do you sell cannabis products?+
No. Rich & Bad Flavours is a global cannabis encyclopedia and accessories retailer. We sell smoking accessories only — grinders, trays, glassware, lighters, sunglasses and more. All cannabis content is educational.
Where do you ship accessories?+
We ship accessories worldwide from the UK. Delivery times vary from 3–14 business days depending on destination. See our Shipping page for details.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If it's been more than 5 business days without an update, contact us and we'll investigate.
Can I return or exchange an accessory?+
Yes — unused accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. See the Returns page for the process.
Are the strain and concentrate listings verified?+
Every listing is hand-vetted for accuracy — effects, terpenes, lineage and lab data where available. We update the library continuously.
How does the Dispensary Locator work?+
It's a curated global directory. You can filter by country, city, hours, delivery availability and payment methods. Data is verified periodically and refreshed daily.
Do I need to be 18+ to use the site?+
