Easy 30-day returns

What can be returned

Any unused accessory in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Used items, items missing packaging, personalised or engraved products, and clearance items marked final sale.

Email us at hello@richandbadflavours.com with your order number.
We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (UK) or return instructions (international).
Drop your parcel with the carrier.
Once we receive and inspect it, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

We don't process direct exchanges — return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is fastest for you and us.
