Where we ship
We ship accessories worldwide from our UK fulfillment centre. All orders are dispatched in discreet, unbranded packaging.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm GMT ship the same business day. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
Delivery estimates
- · UK: 2–3 business days (tracked)
- · EU: 4–7 business days (tracked)
- · US & Canada: 5–10 business days (tracked)
- · Rest of world: 7–14 business days (tracked)
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking link, emailed once your parcel is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes at the destination. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window plus 3 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
